The best matches are usually existing hotels, hostels or student residences... But we’ll also consider use conversions if the asset and destination are a good fit for our brand and growth strategy.

It starts to get interesting at 30 Keys. But we can also make BIG experiences in small spaces; especially if the small spaces are less than 2 hours away from an existing Surfescape.
