Are there any shops, bars restaurant nearby?

Yes! The Hyperdino supermarket is just a 5 min walk away (350m to be exact). We serve drinks every day of the week until 15h, and there are a lot of great places to drink and eat in Lajares, all at walking distance (The return Bar, Fuertevida, Amiga Mia, El Arco...)

There is no shared kitchen in Surfescape though private kitchens are available if you booked one of our 3 apartments. However, our restaurant is opened from 10 to 15h everyday and serves delicious food.

We make it easy for you and ask only for a 25% deposit which is fully refundable up to 7 days before arrival. Otherwise, less than 7 days before arrival, the deposit is non refundable.

How do we confirm a booking for a retreat?

50% refundable deposit until 30 days prior to arrival must be made for an official booking to be made in our systems

What is your cancellation policy (RETREATS)?

50% deposit of the accommodation cost fully refundable up to 30 days before arrival. Remaining 50% paid latest 30 days before arrival, after which 100% becomes non-refundable. Food and activities must be paid 14 days prior to arrival and are 100% non-refundable 100%, in case of cancellation we will issue vouchers to be used in the same year as the booking.

What is the maximum group size we can host?

We can host a group of maximum 50 people. 26 people onsite and 24 people split in two nearby villas. The coworking space and restaurant can host 50 people as well.

Can you organise transport?

Yes, first of all we can organize airport transfers for large groups with private buses. You can also rent cars through our partners, pick-up is in Corralejo so you would need a bus pickup. Otherwise you can also rent cars directly at the airport, but we cannot intervene as they don’t work with partners.

Is breakfast and cowork included?

Both are included in our room rates, however keep in mind that Surfescape is also opened to outside guests! In case you prefer to have the entire space all to yourself, you can privatise Surfescape for you group!

Do you offer half board or full board?

Your stay can be all-inclusive, from breakfast to dinner. You can choose between buffet or set menus to be discussed and prepared with our talented chef.

What activities do you offer onsite?

Surf school and Yoga center onsite, for surf and yoga lessons and with are also partnered with a kite school. Then there are limitless group activities that we can set up with our partners such as: Party boat, buggy tours, Lobos island tour, mountain biking, kayaking, SUP...

What is the best season to come?

Every season! Fuerteventura is the island of eternal spring with warm climate all year and it doesn’t get too hot in the summer. The perfect place to escape the cold in winter and surf in nice weather. To be honest the weather is always amazing but the top season for kitesurfing is from May to September.

Yes, we offer Wi-Fi with 15 Mbps speed which is sufficient for basic internet navigation. If you need faster connection, we recommend to buy a Mifi or 4g sim card to use your phone as a router.

The restaurant is open from Monday to Friday 8 am until 10.30 pm. Buffet breakfast is available to hotel guests and walk in guests from 8 am until 10 am. A las carte breakfast is served from 9 am until 12 am. All day food is served from 12 am until 10.30 pm. Please book your table in advance using our official booking channel here.

How can I book a table in your restaurant ?

How to Reserve a Table at Secret Garden

Please note: for reservations of more than 10 people, please contact us by phone or by what's app at +34 676230223.

Step 1: Access our Secret Garden page directly via our website

  1. Open your Internet browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, etc.).
  2. In the address bar, type the URL of our website: www.surfescape.com
  3. Then click on the Secret Garden page in the navigation menu.
  4. You can also copy/paste the following URL directly into your search engine https://www.surfescape.com/destination/fuerteventura/secret-garden

Step 2: open the booking window

  1. On the Secret Garden page of our website, look for a window entitled ‘Reserve a table’ in the bottom right-hand corner of your computer or laptop/tablet screen.
  2. Once you have clicked on the reservation window, you will discover the different steps to follow to make a reservation in our restaurant.

Step 3: Indicate the number of guests

  1. Enter the number of people for your reservation in the field provided. Make sure that the number does not exceed the restaurant's capacity, i.e. 10 people.
  2. If you wish to reserve for more than 10 guests, please contact us by telephone or by what's app on +34 676230223.

Step 4: Select the Date

  1. Once in the booking section, you will see a calendar or options to choose the date.
  2. Select the date you wish to book.

Step 5: Select your place

At this stage, you can choose your seat in the restaurant.

  1. Select your desired location; patio/indoor, garden or terrace.

Step 6: Indicate the reservation time

  1. Choose the time you would like to dine. Check the available times.

Step 7: Provide your details

After clicking on the Reserve button, you will need to enter your personal details to finalise and validate your reservation.

  1. Fill in the form with your personal details, such as :
    • Title
    • Your name
    • Telephone number
    • E-mail address
    • Comments (food preferences, allergies, dietary restrictions)

Step 8: Confirm your Reservation

  1. Once you have filled in all the information, check the details of your booking.
  2. Click on the "Confirm “ or ”Book ’ button. You may receive a confirmation message on the page or by e-mail.

Step 9: Check the Confirmation

  1. If you have received a confirmation e-mail, check that it contains all the correct details of your booking (date, time, number of guests).
