How we got here.

Hatching places where peacefulness meets active and healthy lifestyles has been our goal. We create experiences that revolve around water, sun, remote working and wellness of being.

2015

Domain creation: The year it all started, Surfescape.com was created as a marketplace registering kite & surf schools and accommodations across the world

2016

Surfescape enters the hospitality game: Our founder, Marco, launches his kite school & accommodation in Zanzibar called Surfescape village Zanzibar in Pwani Mchangani

2018

Surfescape beachfront apartments are born in Kiwengwa

2019

Surfescape expands to Fuerteventura, and transforms an old hotel and restaurant into a haven for surfers and kitesurfers.

2020

Following a year of renovation during complex COVID times, Surfescape Fuerteventura opens its cowork and restaurant leading to the birth of its core target: Digital Nomads
